UnR5 opens for applications

UnRepresented KL is on the lookout for its fifth cohort of writers who would like to spend ten weeks exploring themes of "being unrepresented" and unrepresented narratives in and around Kuala Lumpur.

UnR5 is a ten-week writing programme to explore Kuala Lumpur and its less heard narratives. Through writing walkabouts and genre workshops in fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry and playwriting, participants will generate new writing that elevates the collective conscience, and have fun in the process.

We welcome writers of all levels (aged 18 and above), and one does not need to be familiar with Kuala Lumpur to apply. To apply for this programme, simply visit the Apply section of this website and fill in the designated form.
